We often have new clients ask us how they can pay us. To be as helpful as we can, we’ve put all our payment details below.
When your job is completed
After your job has been completed, you have three options for payment: either in-person immediately after the job is completed, over the phone or via internet banking.
How to pay us:
In person
Immediately after the job is completed, our gardeners will be available to take payment via card. A receipt can be sent via email. We cannot accept in-person card payment once our gardeners have left the site. We do not accept cash payments.
Via Internet or Mobile Banking
Within 24 hrs of your job being completed, we will send an invoice to you via email. Our bank details (account number and BSB) are included on all our invoices. You can use internet or mobile banking to transfer funds into this bank account.
Over the phone
You can call our Accounts department between 9:30am and 2:30pm on 0434 541 175 to make a payment over the phone, via credit card. If you are a regular client of ours, you can approve for us to save your credit card details and automatically charge you following the completion of each service.
